"Puma !"

This is what Baby B (names withheld to protect the innocent) woke up saying at around 2 am on Wednesday night/Thursday morning. And by saying, I mean crying. And by crying, I mean screaming. It was her first nightmare... You see Diego or "Eggo" as Baby B calls her, often lets his viewers know that the cute and cuddly animal he is trying to save is afraid of, you guessed it - PUMAS!!!

Fierce creatures those Pumas. It was equally traumatic when Diego tried to put his head inside the Pumas mouth to show that they weren't all bad and the Puma bit down really hard. Even cartoon blood is scary. So I'm kidding, obviously, cartoon blood isn't scary at all. So far, no more Puma nightmares. Baby B still talks about them frequently but I just tell her that Puma's are at the Zoo and not in her dreams. Because as you might be aware, 2 year olds fully grasp the concept of dreams. Problem solved.
